Post your feelings once a week. If you are already do this on your blog or diary, cut and paste it in here.
When I was working in residential, I had all my clients doing this. It’s important. Do it. No excuses.
The purpose of this exercise is to
- Get use to being heard and practicing your self expression muscles.
- So I get a sense of where you’re at / how you feel.
Note: The point isn’t to get advice. There’s another forum of that. It’s just to get feelings out.
If you are a member but not a client, please feel free to do this exercise as well.
If you are a client but haven’t joined yet, please do. I am using this platform as a therapeutic tool and as a way to connect.
